1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gitdoro ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gitdoro is a productivity and time-tracking tool designed primarily for software developers. The Service includes features such as Pomodoro timers, project tracking, specialized analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Time Calculator), and integrations with third-party platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication credentials that you use to access the Service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless legally required.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service allows you to integrate with third-party platforms (such as GitHub, Notion, etc.).

  • By enabling these integrations, you grant us permission to access, read, and (in some specific authorized cases) modify data from these platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing Consent. By opting in during the sign-up or tool usage flow (e.g., using the GitHub Time Calculator), you agree to receive communications from us regarding your activity, productivity tips, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
  • Disclaimer of Liability. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or other consequence resulting from your use of these third-party integrations, or from API outages and changes on the third-party platforms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any abusive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately, without prior notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gitdoro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GITDORO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

We provide the service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
